Nr 14, poz. 176 z p\u00f3\u017an. zm.) stanowi, \u017ce wolne od podatku dochodowego s\u0105 dochody uzyskane z tytu\u0142u wynajmu pokoi go\u015bcinnych, w budynkach mieszkalnych po\u0142o\u017conych na terenach wiejskich w gospodarstwie rolnym, osobom przebywaj\u0105cym na wypoczynku oraz dochody uzyskane z tytu\u0142u wy\u017cywienia tych os\u00f3b, je\u017celi liczba wynajmowanych pokoi nie przekracza 5.<\/p><p>Gospodarstwem rolnym, na podstawie art. 2 ust. 4 ustawy o podatku dochodowym od os\u00f3b fizycznych, jest gospodarstwo w rozumieniu przepis\u00f3w ustawy o podatku rolnym, kt\u00f3rym &#8211; zgodnie z definicj\u0105 zawart\u0105 w art. 2 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 15 listopada 1984 r. o podatku rolnym (Dz. U. z 1993 r.
